There are hundreds of coffee houses, from off-the-beaten-path hipster havens to mega giants like Seattle’s Best and Starbucks. But what truly makes Seattle’s coffeehouses unique, are the colorful, soulful and deeply fascinating people behind their counters and, surprisingly, the numerous tattoos they sport :) Whether it’s a perchance of the pacific northwest or simply a quirk of Seattle herself, odds are that the barista making your latte, is apart of this quiet yet massive subculture.
